Face It! #CrushTheCam consists of ten modules covering all the skills required to have a strong presence on video conferences. Each module consists of short instructional videos. Follow along with your coaches, Judith and Frank, as they guide you through the Do’s and Don’ts of how to have impact on the webcam. Then use any device, including your phone, to make these skills your own via recorded practice exercises and feedback.

The camera never lies! Your practice exercises show you how you come across and how you can maximize your personal presence. You’ll start by making a baseline video of yourself, which you’ll refer back to as you work through the exercises. At the end of the course, you’ll make a final video showcasing your progress and mastery of the skills.

The accompanying 60-page Course Workbook includes: summary scripts of all video instruction, instructions for recorded exercises, Coach’s Tips and customized self-coaching worksheets.

Frank O’Halloran and Judith Asher are co-founders of Impact Excellence. They have worked as Trainers and Executive Coaches for the world’s leading corporations for over 25 years. Focusing primarily on Communication Skills, they were both avid early adopters of online training and have been facilitating virtual workshops since 2009. 

Over the years, a vast number of our clients have expressed their reluctance (read: fear and loathing) to use the webcam. This prompted us to research the essential skills and techniques everyone needs to come across as confident and credible in video conferences. The result is Face It! #CrushTheCam – a practical, entertaining and educational online course that teaches skills anyone can develop to become an impactful online communicator.
